About Home ScentsWelcome to Home Scents.
We are Judith and John and we created Home Scents and Baby Scents because our grand-daughter suffered from childhood eczema and we were searching for solutions to help ease her problems. Using my wide ranging experience in the Aromatherapy industry, including being a buyer for essential oils, I set about developing our own range of truly natural products. Based in tranquil Northumberland, we and the team are really proud of the glorious products we produce and my development skills have been challenged and honed as I have taken on board not only the market needs but more importantly, the wishes and needs of our customers.
Only the very best Botanicals and Natural Minerals are used in Home Scents' products, hand crafted using pure essential oils which give our products their delightfully unique scents. All are carefully blended to provide our customers with not only the option of a safer home environment but with the added bonus that these products really do work. ALL are totally free from harsh chemicals and will never be tested on animals. All ingredients come from sustainable sources and are biodegradable and kind to our environment.
Home Scents has been featured in such magazines as Country Living, The Green Parent, Cook Vegetarian, Good Housekeeping and Janey Lee Grace has included us in her books. We have exhibited at the Natural & Organic Products Trade show at London Olympia, the leading European Trade Show for Natural Products.
We use PET and HDPE bottles which are great for recycle - always put our bottles into recycling and they will then be cleaned, shredded, melted then made into
polyethylene bin liners and carrier bags - plastic bottles - flooring and window frames
building insulation board - video and compact disc cassette cases -fencing and garden furniture -water butts, garden sheds and composters - seed trays -fleeces - fibre filling for sleeping bags and duvets - variety of office accessories

Home Scents has a commitment to the environment and promises to produce very effective products only using natural and ethical ingredients. To ensure our business is ecologically sustainable we use recycled and recyclable packaging, green electricity, recycle waste and increase awareness of environmental changes. We are against all animal testing and campaign for the protection of the environment. We ensure our employees have a fair and enjoyable working environment.
We are members of Ethical Junction, The Vegan Society and registered with Prince Charles "May Day" Network and The Green Achiever to support green businesses. We have environmental structures in place within our organisation which meet the requirements of ISO 14001. We support "Yes to Life" a wonderful Cancer support charity.
