Our apartment is now available to rent for holidays, complete with a private terrace on the Medieval City walls
Casa delle Mure is situated on the 11th century walls of beautiful San Ginesio with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside from the terrace and windows. San Ginesio has delightful restaurants, bars, and shops with the central piazza only a 2 minute stroll from our house. There is a local outdoor swimming pool and also tennis courts nearby.
Just 20 minutes drive takes you into the stunning Sibilini mountains and less than an hour to the golden Adriatic beaches. Take in the outdoor opera at Macerata or shop til you drop for Italian shoes at the factory outlets near Ancona.
Casa delle Mure is fully furnished with Sitting room, Kitchen/Dining room, Two Bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) Shower room and Laundry room. Our prices are for the house per week which sleeps 4/5 people and includes central heating in the winter months. Changeover day is Thursday which allows you to take advantage of cheap flights to Ancona (1 hour away) , Pescara (less than 2 hours) or Rome (less than 3 hours).
