Did you know (you probably did!) that this is great for cleaning decanters - I'd tried every gizmo & trick I could find on a decanter with red wine 'tide marks' to no discernable avail, then tipped a couple of spoonsfull of Fizz into it, topped it up with hot water & left it for 24 hours - like new! Only thing I'd do next time is put it in the sink before adding the hot water, to avoid the overflow issue! Great product, thanks very much.

Just to let you know that I used most of my cleaning products on Thursday when trying to clear up after the builder (wall knocked down, so much dust everywhere) I particularly liked the floor and surface cleaner and the washing machine smelled much fresher after a blitz with the powder. I also put a spoonful of the bug powder into the wash and was pleased with the results. I love the room spray too and the rose water so I am so pleased with everything.

I thought I'd just pop you a quick email, I used your nappy cream this week, Tabitha had done a poo in the night and by morning her skin was so red raw it was weeping and she was in agony, so I used your cream and within 12 hours it was looking less sore and within 2 days it has totally cleared up with not even a trace that there was an open wound!! its fantastic!! I've used my fair share of nappy creams, and none have been this good, and its still light enough that i can use it with cloth nappies without it clogging the fabrics.

impression - the fragrances are exquisite. I am so pleased they are so
natural and not overpowering like so many products these days.

I would like to pass on my thanks for the Eco Carpet shampoo, it is a great shampoo worked fantastically well in my Bissel Carpet cleaner with fantastic results managed to clean 90m2 and have only used less than a third of the 1L bottle of shampoo, very reassuring to know its full of natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals, great when you have a child that will be doing a lot of crawling on the floor.

.......my younger son got some kind of horrible bacteria, with a long latin name, in his bowels. The hospital told us - when they finally diagnosed him...- that we had to wash the toiletseat with clorine every time he'd been. I had sprayed the seat with your multisurface for bathrooms - didgeridoo-it the whole time and no one else in the family got it!!! So, now I use it all the time!

I had not purchased from you for a while, but I will certainly become a regular now, if only for the fantastic soy tea-lights; but highly unlikely that one would only buy th ecandles as there is sooo much to chosse from! I also LOVE your new Bugs at Bay handwash!

I am writing to you in praise of the earth friendly laundry bleach that I recently purchased from you. My washing looks so much brighter and whiter, which I have been longing for for such
a l-o-n-g time.

Due to living in a property with a sceptic tank, I have always been very careful as to what I use for cleaning etc; as the enzyme's in a sceptic tank can so easily be killed off, and then oh boy do you have trouble.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the products you supplied this week. The Kitchen/bathroom spray has made the whole bathroom gleam and smells so heavenly (Reach for the stars) that I find myself making excuses to use it! I love the washing up liquid too. thank you for my recent order. Speedy delivery as usual, and fantastic new product. Your washing up liquid is excellent and the smell is beautiful. I am also really impressed with the floor cleaner. I have two small boys who love to spend time outside and then forget to take off their shoes when the come in, this along with an 8 month old collie puppy does not equate to spotlessly clean floors, until now. All I have to do is squirt a bit of your floor cleaner and a quick mop around and we are all clean again, plus the smell is lovely. Thank you once again and keep up the good work. I am spreading the word to everyone who comes to my home and says 'what's that nice smell?'.

Hi Judith,
Just to confirm the delivery arrived safely today, and just to continue the "green theme" the white fillings were warmly welcomed as art material at my daughters primary school, the paper was shredded and used as rabbit bedding and the box ? well the box is a new play toy for our poodle pup!

I have been enjoying my new products over the last few days and I'm really impressed with all of them. I'm not sure it's possible to choose a favourite but I've been using the hand wash like mad and my hands feel soft for the first time in months. I also love the Soy candle and the didgeri-do-it scent!
I will definitely be back to stock up on more of your fantastic products in the very near future.

…I began using the products at home and they are fantastically scented, work amazingly well - with 3 dirty offspring and 5 animals they need to!.....I would recommend Home scents and Baby scents to everyone, even my husband like to clean now..
